2 BN_FIELDNAME_ALIAS Character(18) VARCHAR2(18) NOT NULL This field is used internally to define an alias for a standard fieldname. The alias facilitates aspects of grid configurability.

3 LABEL_ID Character(18) VARCHAR2(18) NOT NULL LABEL_ID identifies uniquness of DB Field Labels. This field is used in PSDBFLDLABL and PSDBFLDLABLLANG.

4 BN_USES_COMPENSATN Character(1) VARCHAR2(1) NOT NULL This is used to indicate whether a benefit rate table either acts upon compensation (such as a percent of salary rate) or requires compensation as a key (such as compensation-banded rate tables).
