Disburse Split Srch

DISBURSE_PLAN is a table that stores the various types of financial aid disbursement plans available at an institution. It's child table, DISBURSEMENT_ID stores all of the disbursements or ID's associated with the Disbursement Plans. An example of a Disbursement Plan would be a plan called "Quarter" which is for disbursements on a quarterly basis, snd the individual disbursements associated with the plan would be Fall, Winter and Spring quarter.
