Off cycle Advance Identify

Building block for creating PYE PRC STAT from advances in identify. Built from the GP PYE CAL transaction and the associated calendar being advanced. Result is used in join to JOB and other requirement records alongside normal selection criteria in creating GP PYE PRC STAT
