The data in a similar table, STATE_NAMES_OTH, is identical to STATE_NAMES_TBL. The difference is STATE_NAMES_TBL is the edit table for the STATE field and STATE_NAMES_OTH is the edit table for the STATE_OTHER field. If you need a table with state/province names without COUNTRY, use STATE_NAMES_VW. |
