This view is used to pick up data sets used by rules in the rules engine.

    6 SCC_RULE_STATUS Character(1) VARCHAR2(1) NOT NULL This field contains the status of a rule in the rules engine.
    1=In Progress
    2=Active
    3=Inactive
    7 SCC_RULE_CATEGORY Character(40) VARCHAR2(40) NOT NULL Rule Category for the Rules Engine
