Schedule Shift DetailThe Schedule Shift Detail table identifies shift detail at the punch level for a shift. A shift may contain any number of punches and cover any time span up to ten days; the ten day limitation is an arbitrary one imposed by the size of the DUR_OFFSET field which keeps track of what day a punch falls on in relation to the start day of the shift. The Schedule Configuration Indicators have special meaning for Global Payroll processing, but may be used by other applications as long as they are maintained correctly for Global Payroll's use. For Release 8.0 and beyond, the Scheduling feature is a shared feature that will be utilized by multiple products including Time & Labor and Global Payroll. |
