Validation Time Reporter A Time Reporter who will have his time validated as part of a Validation Instance (TL_VALID_INST). A Validation Instance will have one or more Validation Time Reporters. A Validation Time Reporter is associated to a single Time Reporter (TL_TR_STATUS).
