CI view for RB_WORKER

This view has the same structure as RB_WORKER. Note: Removed prompt table for PERSON_ID because app class call ExecuteEdit to check Prompt value even in Add mode. In that case, having PERSON_ID with prompt table makes the checking always returns false value. As delivered, this view does not contain any PeopleCode and is used in Component Interface (CI) components only. Whenever the structure of the underlying record changes, this view must be modified accordingly. Stores the Worker information. If HRMS is used the maintenance of the Workers information will be done in HRMS. For Workers not managed by HRMS, the maintenance of their information will be done here.
