    9 RSEC_LIST_BUILD_DT DateTime(26) TIMESTAMP Last refresh date of membership and view lists.
    10 RSEC_LIST_COUNT Number(15,0) DECIMAL(15) NOT NULL This field is used to store the count of all the list members in a security list table. The security list tables can be either membership or view privilege list tables.
    11 RSEC_SYSTEM_MAINT Character(1) VARCHAR2(1) NOT NULL Application security, system maintained record is identified using this field.
