3 ATT_VERSION Number(3,0) SMALLINT NOT NULL The version of the attached file. Currently always 1, this field will find more use once the attachment utitlity starts supporting versioning of files.
4 ATTACH_DESCR Character(100) VARCHAR2(100) NOT NULL A description of the file being attached. This field is provided as a convenience to app developers and customers. The attachment utility does not interpret its value in any way, simply storing it as set by the application.
