3	ATT_VERSION	Number(3,0)	SMALLINT NOT NULL	The version of the attached file. Currently always 1, this field will find more use once the attachment utitlity starts supporting versioning of files.
4	SHOW_APPROVAL	Character(1)	VARCHAR2(1) NOT NULL	Flag for whether something should be shown to the approver Y/N Table Edit Default Value: Y
5	FMS_DTTM_STAMP	DateTime(26)	TIMESTAMP	Specifies the date and time of the original entry.
6	FMS_OPRID	Character(30)	VARCHAR2(30) NOT NULL	Specifies the User ID which made the original entry.
