Contract Project Cross XREF This table is used to create a relationship between Projects and Contracts when a Back Office Order is created. In delivered PS, this relationship is usually not created until a project activity is created. This table is necessary so that the user can enter billing information at the project level and not have to do it for every activity (emplid).
