Distinct cc key cfs This view is used to support the CC Budget Attributes functionality (selection criteria). Returns distinct key cfs across all effective dated rows. Effective Date and Effective Status are not considered because we want the user to see all key Chartfields that may have been keys for the history of a particular budget defintion.
