Stream Definition API view

Second API view, stream info for subgroups to be analyzed, used by the message that retrieves all streams referenced in a particular session. Used in ongoing analysis (rather than analysis startup). This selects by a particular API session identifier (API_SESSION_GRP, NODE, API_SESSN_ID). The key structure is the only difference between this an QS_API_STRM8_VW - these should be kept in sync.
