Department Activity Detail Tbl DEPT_ACTIVITY_DTL contains the valid deduction activity, plan type, deduction code, deduction class and account combinations for an offset group. The offset group itself is attached to a department on the DEPT_BUDGET_DT table. This information is used by the batch processes which post encumbrance and actual expense amounts to the G/L system.
