Fringe Group Table

Fringe Group will be associated with certain earnings on the Department Budget Earnings page. By leaving the fringe group blank, all fringe costs will be attracted to the particular earnings funding source; By specifying a fringe group, all the benefits and taxes included in that group will be excluded for that particular earnings funding source during distribution.
