Person Profile Search - secure

JPM_PPROFL_SRCH is a Person Profile search view that uses to PERS_SRCH_ALL to check the Department Security Tree. The default search view for the Person Profile component is JPM_EPROFL_SRCH, which has no security. This allows CI's access to all profiles. JPM_PPROFL_SRCH is specified on the menu to override the default search record so that security is applied to the component in normal use.
